The realtor or the real estate agent is a middleman between the seller and the buyer of the real estate property for the purpose of making the sale contract of the real estate (or the lease contract). The essential part of the realtor's work lies in relationships and negotiations with clients with the purpose to select the most suitable property, to meet the client's preferences and to sign a successful contract. Usually the workday of the realtor is filled with appointments with clients, demonstrations of the real estate property and a great number of phone calls.
