TESTIMONIALS
|
"...This is an excellent program. I'm so glad that I stumbled on to this when researching for task management programs. Very low learning curv, quite flexible, and the price is right. Tried at least 20 other programs, either too complicated, too expensive, or poor documentation..."

- Major purposes.
- Track current progress of project.
- Identify whether desired outcomes have been achieved upon completion of project.
- Work out and apply techniques that can help refine project activities and achieve better outcomes.
- Compare project results with project inputs to evaluate effectiveness.
- Building team.
- Set the purpose of team (usually the purpose covers research, learning and accountability).
- Each team members should have analytical skills and be ready to work with numbers and details.
- Assign the team leader who will coordinate teamwork and facilitate implementation of strategies . Consider choosing the team leader between front-line staff and senior managers.
- Define terms of reference that form matrix of roles and set objectives for evaluation team.
- Clearly define factors that evaluation team should consider to make decisions and analyze project parameters by using criteria and case study.
- Choosing methods .
- Quantitative Method allows analyzing eventual ranking of quantitative project parameters. It helps analyze project duration, timeframes, deliverables, scope, requirements (in terms of numbers), etc. This example method is best for analyzing costs and budgets of projects.
- Qualitative Method allows focusing on qualitative project parameters and avoiding any misunderstanding in project specifications. The method helps analyze the following parameters: Deliverability, Leveraging of Funds, Collaboration and Partnership, Improvements, Problem Solving, Complexity, Authority and Permissions, etc. This design method is applicable to management of project quality and changes, but it becomes less effective when, for example, costs and benefits need to be analyzed and evaluated.
- Checklist Method allows using lists of actions to analyze potential effectiveness of projects. Evaluation team can use templates to set priorities for projects and assess the rates of safety, security, efficiency, and coordination. This sample method is convenient to evaluate similar or standard projects, but to non-typical projects it’s inapplicable.
- Selecting key metrics.
