Project Artifacts Checklist:

  • Objectives: measurable and definitely understandable targets that a project needs to hit. These goals are negotiated before the project planning and are stated in Project charter;
  • Specifications: certain standards, qualities and features that need to be pursued when executing a project. They work as documented success criteria to identify compliance of products with the specific conception of appropriateness;

Once a situation allows someone will surely come up with an idea to change or optimize something. Idea may turn into a project scope change or may cause change in some specifications;
