"...This is an excellent program. I'm so glad that I stumbled on to this when researching for task management programs. Very low learning curv, quite flexible, and the price is right. Tried at least 20 other programs, either too complicated, too expensive, or poor documentation..."

Personal hygiene guidelines:
- Sometimes, according to company’s profile, hygiene at work is regulated by definite and strict rules. For example, very strict hygiene policy is obligatory practice at enterprises of medical industry or in food industry.
- Hygiene at home is a discipline which we should adhere in order of staying healthy and having pleasant appearance. Let’s consider in the following points some of the necessary habits which we should practice.
- Bathe on daily basis (quick shower is a must). Regularly take a bath every week or after all athletic activities. This will help to keep you clean, fresh and odor free. It is not recommended to have everyday a big bathing with rubbing yourself with a shower puff, using lots of soap etc, because you can destroy natural layer of fat on your skin, which protects you against germs.
- Keep your hands clean and washed during the day. Use high-quality soap and warm water to get rid of germs which are continuously picked up on your skin from every object you contact with.
- Besides cases when your hands are visually dirty of natural or chemical substances, you should wash them or clean with sanitary napkins (if you cannot wash) every time after using a toilet, using public transport, coughing, sneezing or blowing your nose with a nasal tissue, touching any contaminated objects, before eating and starting any activity that requires cleanness.
- When bathing in public cloakrooms or bath-houses never use accidental personal hygiene tools like public towels, soap tablets etc, and never share your personal tools with people whom you are not completely familiar with, as a lot of dangerous skin and venereal diseases are transmitted through these means.
- Avoid walking barefoot in public places, especially with moisture on the floor, even on short distances, as you can easily get a fungous disease. For the same reason avoid using someone other’s shoes or flip-flops.
- Take care of your fingers and toes to keep nails clean and well-trimmed. You need to trim them weekly and clean daily with a nail brush to scrub out dirt and bacterias beneath the nails.
- As a part of routine, when showering or bathing, you need also to wash your hair (a few times per week) thoroughly with a shampoo. In order to avoid dandruff and increase effectiveness of washing, you need to use shampoos that match your hair type.
- Have an accurate haircut on a regular basis. Wash your hair after haircutting with public tools.
- Brush your teeth twice a day to prevent tooth decay, cavities and bad smell. Use toothpaste containing fluoride. Brush top and bottom teeth separately, as well as brush your tongue and the roof of your mouth. Floss each time after brushing and then use germ-fighting mouthwash to fresh breath and keep teeth clean.
- Use only approved high-quality products – do not save on your health.
- Use antiperspirants or deodorants daily, after bathing or showering, to smell clean, and to prevent embarrassing body odor and perspiration stains.
- Change clothing regularly. Ideally change underwear daily, and outerwear once per a few days. Regularly launder your clothing.
- Withdraw bad unhygienic habits like biting your nails, licking your fingers when turning pages and anything like this.
- Regularly use cleaning lotions for your face to clean your skin pores. This will decrease risk of blackheads and pimples.
- Regularly clean your workplace, especially objects that are frequently touched, for example computer tools like mouse and keyboard.
- Maintain a schedule to accustom yourself to these procedures. You can control them with a help of printable worksheets.
