• If you live in private house then you surely have your own backyard – this is a great place for outdoor party where you can set out your table and nobody can disturb you.

• For summertime heat you need to arrange area covered with a tent where people can rest and cool off in shadow, this can be a covered patio of your house, or you need to set out tent(s) which also can cover table with foodstuff, protecting it from direct sunlight, heating and spoiling.
• You should prepare appropriate outdoor furniture, disposable tableware and decorative materials. Also everything necessary to ensure comfort of all guests – mats, seats, sun hats etc.
• Be prepared to fight against insects – spread insecticide around before the guests arrive and prepare mosquito repellant.

• Choosing different themes is what will make your party definitely fun, interesting and memorable. For example if you have the beach or poolside party you may create atmosphere of Pirate Island so the place is decorated with palms, pirate chests with gold, skeletons etc, or it could be just popular Hawaiian style party (luau party).
• Ddecorations should be connected to chosen theme or dedicated to holiday which you celebrate, for example if you have luau party then all the location should be decorated with traditional Hawaiian flowers.

• Activities can be also dedicated to selected party theme. Activities depend on average age of party guests: there are hundreds of interesting outdoor games suitable both for kids and adults. Traditional games include playing ball, frisbee, volleyball, badminton, darts etc.
• Equipment may include pyrotechnics (it should be installed by appropriate specialists) and audio system to play music. Actually the style of music is heavily defined by its theme, scale, guests etc. If you have a cozy friendly meeting then nothing can be better than singing to a guitar, and if you arrange a big party with multiple guests then you can invite a band, or even arrange a disco.
