Basic Employee Onboarding Tips.
- Be creative to give a warm welcome to your new employee.
- Plan onboarding process in advance; never try to orientate your new employee having no action plan.
- Use Internet to read articles and templates to learn more about employee orientation.
- Make sure workspace of your new employee is cleaned and organized and all necessary office supplies are available.
- Make sure workspace has necessary computer equipment and email/network/telephone access.
